  • Tennis Shop Attendant
    • Wynlakes is currently accepting applications for the Tennis Shop Attendant position. This position is responsible for the sale of pro shop merchandise and management of inventory.   Selected candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays, must be flexible to work Tennis Pro Shop hours, and must posses exceptional customer service skills.  

      Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
      • Supplies towels, cups, and ice to members and guests;
      • Records all charge tickets;
      • Manages pro shop merchandise, restocks items, and changes displays;
      • Empties trash on each court, cleans tennis courts, and other court maintenance as needed;
      • Brush and line tennis courts after member play;
      • Keeps storage area tidy; 
      • Change “Tennie Two Step” daily;
      • Records court reservations and updates signup sheets for court reservations;
      • Vacuum and dusts tennis shop;
      • Promotes and sells tennis shop merchandise; 
      • Assists members and guests with tennis shop purchases; 
      • Takes towels to and from laundry area;
      • String rackets;
      • Participate in social tennis matches with members on given days;
      • Enforce club policies;
      • Reports any complaints to the director of tennis;

  • Servers
    • Wynlakes is currently accepting applications for Banquet/Dining Servers. This position is responsible for receiving and delivering food and beverage orders in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner, resulting in a high level of member/guest satisfaction. Selected candidates must be able to perform the following physical functions: standing, reaching, writing, talking, grasping, stretching, bending, stooping, walking, balancing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions.

      Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
      • Checks workstations for proper setup and cleanliness;
      • Greets members/guests and explains any specials/promotions;
      • Records the details of member/guest orders and repeats the order for accuracy;
      • Inputs the order into the Point of Sale to inform the kitchen of the order specifics;
      • Retrieves the order from the kitchen, ensures the order’s accuracy, and delivers the order to the table with proper condiments;
      • Abides by all state, federal, and company liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests;
      • Replenishes beverages as needed and checks for overall member/guest satisfaction;
      • Markets and serves upon request any dessert items or specialty coffees;
      • Presents the check to the member/guest promptly;
      • Supplements the bus-help by clearing and resetting the tables; 
      • Replenishes condiments and restocks side stands;
      • Performs general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products to adhere to health standards;
      • Possesses  a basic knowledge of food/beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette;
      • Understands appropriate table settings, service-ware, and menu items;

      • Transports large trays weighing up to 30 pounds trough a crowded room on a continuous basis;

  • Dishwasher
    • Wynlakes is currently accepting applications for the dishwasher position. This position is responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, flatware, and other machines and appliances used in the kitchen. Selected candidates must be able to stand for long periods of time, stoop, lift, etc. 

      Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

      • Ensures the availability of clean and sanitary dishes by washing dishes, cookware, and flatware;
      • Expedites dishwashing in accordance with standards of quality and cleanliness as established by the Executive Chef to ensure consistency of product;
      • Prepares the kitchen for next shift by cleaning cooking stations;
      • Cleans machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, pans, mixers, etc.;
      • Assists the Executive Chef on all other cleaning projects;
      • Practices and adheres to health inspection, OSHA, and safety regulations;
      • Reports kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures;
      • Inspects all equipment to ensure everything is in proper working condition and reports any defects to the Executive Chef;
      • Communicates all pertinent information to the Executive Chef;
      • Unloads and stores deliveries;
      • Sweeps and mops the floors daily, especially in the event of a break or spill and at the end of shift;
      • Takes out the trash;
      • Closes dish line and prepares for night shift to begin at 3:00 p.m.;
      • Ensures prep and cleaning lists items have been completed daily;
      • Adds grocery and/or cleaning supply items needed to the list of supplies to order;
      • Completes other appropriate assignments made by the Executive Chef, Banquet Chef, or Sous Chef.
  • Building Maintenance
    • Wynlakes is currently accepting applications for the Building Maintenance and Repair Technician position. This position is responsible for maintaining the clubhouse equipment and property. Selected candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays, and must be able to bend, stoop, lift, climb ladders, and stand for long periods of time. 

      Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: 
      • Maintains and makes general repairs to the plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, electrical systems, appliances, elevators, ventilation systems, and building structures of the club;
      • Conducts repairs to plumbing, such as leaking pipes and faucets and clogged drains;
      • Performs various duties involving painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work;
      • Maintains the pool pumps and surrounding areas;
      • Performs routine preventive maintenance (PM) required by club’s PM procedures;
      • Installs tile, drywall; makes grouting repairs, patches walls, and paves brick;
      • Completes other appropriate assignments made by the Director of Building Maintenance.
  • Housekeeping
    • Wynlakes is currently accepting applications for the Housekeeping position. This position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of all club facilities. Selected candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays, and must be able to bend, stoop, lift, and stand for long periods of time. 

      Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
      • Cleans restrooms; restocks restroom supplies;
      • Vacuums carpets and mops floors throughout the club, including dining areas;
      • Sweeps patio area and dusts patio furniture;
      • Empties all wastebaskets and ashtrays;
      • Disinfects telephones;
      • Cleans and polishes brass;
      • Washes inside and outside of windows;
      • Reports any damage, blown light bulbs, and plumbing problems to the maintenance department;
      • Takes trash to dumpster;
      • Polishes glass, table surfaces, counters, shelves, desks, office equipment, and door handles;
      • Cleans locker room areas, including showers and bath areas;
      • Cleans walls throughout clubhouse as necessary;
      • Maintains outside of clubhouse building (cleans walkways, patios, and entrances);
      • Maintains the pool area, including changing rooms and restrooms;
      • Cleans exterior of HVAC vents;
      • Conducts deep-cleaning projects;
      • Assists with tables, chairs, and other furniture needed for special events;
      • Dusts exercise equipment;
      • Cleans cigarette containers at entrances;
      • Vacuums elevators; cleans stairwells and landings; dusts ceiling light fixtures; does spot cleaning as necessary; checks drapes for needed repairs and missing hooks;
      • Transports linens to and from the linen or laundry room;
      • Attends departmental staff meetings;
      • Cleans chandeliers throughout clubhouse/villas;
      • Pressure washes around the premises/entrances/loading docks;
      • Operates backpack vacuum throughout the facilities;
      • Conducts regular inspections of all club facilities to note needs for special cleaning;
      • Maintains MSDS forms;
      • Interacts with purchasing department personnel for procurement of uniforms, rags, and members’ linen supplies;
      • Cleans and maintains hot tub, sauna area, and other special facilities and equipment in locker room;
      • Completes other appropriate tasks assigned by the Director of Building Maintenance.
  • Tennis Court Maintenance
    • Wynlakes is currently accepting applications for the Tennis Court Maintenance position. This position is part-time and is responsible for the daily maintenance of the tennis courts and the surrounding areas. The Tennis Court Maintenance position is also responsible for maintaining and repairing tennis maintenance machines and equipment. Selected candidates must be able to work 5:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. or 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. and be able to lift coolers, as well as carry a backpack blower. 

      Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: 

      • Waters, rolls, drags surface and sweeps lines of clay courts;
      • Blows debris and dust from the surface of hard courts;
      • Builds up low spots, shaves high spots, dusts, plugs or feathers material on all clay courts;
      • Keeps court tapes, nets, fences, and gates in good condition;
      • Blows sidewalks;
      • Empties trash from the court and facility receptacles;
      • Maintains court coolers, ice machine, and tennis shoe cleaners;
      • Cleans shop windows;
      • Blows and cleans terrace areas; puts chairs in neat order and empties ashtrays;
      • Replenishes ice, cups, and towels;
      • Trims grass at court edges and prevents weed growth at court edges;
      • Cleans court drainage gutters, drains, and catch basins;
      • Installs, removes, and repairs court wind screens;
      • Advises Director of Tennis and Assistant Tennis Professional of court conditions;
      • Performs any additional tasks needed to keep the tennis courts and surrounding areas in good order;
      • Orders and picks up maintenance machines parts and fuel;
      • Delivers machines to repair shops for overhauls; picks up machines when ready;
      • Picks up facility supplies, such as ice, towels, and cups;
      • Attends staff meetings;
      • Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Tennis.
  • Line Cook
    • Wynlakes is currently seeking a fulltime A.M. Line Cook and a fulltime P.M. Line Cook.  This position is responsible for setting up the cooking line (grill, stove, food prep areas, etc.), as well as the production, presentation, and preparation of food. Selected candidates must be able to complete physical requirements, such as standing for long periods of time, stooping, lifting, etc. 

      Responsibilities for this position includes, but is not limited to: 

      • Gathers all supplies and small wares needed to prepare food;
      • Prepares all food following standardized recipes to ensure accuracy and consistency of food orders;
      • Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of all cooking equipment and prepping areas; maintains the highest sanitary standards at all times;
      • Checks the availability of supplies needed for the next serving time (i.e. lunch, dinner, breakfast);
      • Completes the setup, maintenance, and break down of the cooking station; Identifies product needs and requisition items needed to prepare menu items; notifies chef in advance of expected shortages;
      • Maintains security and safety in work area;
      • Ensures local and state health and safety standards are consistently met and enforced;
      • Covers, dates, and neatly stores re-useable leftover food products;
      • Controls and limits waste;
      • Attends staff meetings;
      • Communicates all pertinent information to the Executive Chef;
      • Expedites food preparation in accordance with standards of quality, quantity, control, taste, and presentation as established by the Executive Chef to ensure the consistency of product;
      • Consistently practices and adheres to health inspection, OSHA, and safety regulations;
      • Ensures compliance with all regulatory, internal controls, policies, and procedures;
      • Maintains excellent kitchen hygiene and sanitary conditions at all times;
      • Manages high volume orders efficiently, while ensuring all orders are fresh and top quality;
      • Inspects all equipment to ensure everything is in proper working condition; reports any defects to the Executive Chef;
      • Completes all pre-shift work in accordance with opening guidelines/checklist;
      • Completes the prep list and cleaning list items daily;
      • Adds grocery items needed to the order list;
      • Completes other appropriate assignments made by the Executive Chef or Banquet Chef.
  • Banquet Cook
    • Wynlakes is currently accepting applications for the fulltime Banquet Cook position. This position is responsible for the food production, preparation, and presentation for all banquets, special events, family night buffets, and Sunday brunch. Selected candidates must be able to complete physical requirements, such as standing for long periods of time, stooping, lifting, etc.

      Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

      • Communicates all pertinent information to the Executive Chef;
      • Expedites food preparation in accordance with standards of quality, quantity control, taste, and presentation as established by the Executive Chef to ensure consistency of product;
      • Assists the Executive Chef with all buffet menu changes;
      • Consistently practices and adheres to health inspection, OSHA, and safety regulations;
      • Ensures compliance with all regulatory, internal controls, policies, and procedures;
      • Maintains excellent kitchen hygiene and sanitary conditions at all times;
      • Follows standardized recipes to ensure accuracy and consistency with food orders;
      • Manages high volume orders efficiently, while ensuring all orders are fresh and top quality;
      • Inspects all equipment to ensure everything is in proper working condition; reports any defects to the Executive Chef;
      • Completes all pre-shift work in accordance with opening guidelines/checklist;
      • Closes the line in accordance with the closing guidelines/checklist, and ensures all cook, grill, and prep areas are ready for the following event;
      • Adds grocery items needed to the order list as needed;
      • Completes other appropriate assignments made by the Executive Chef or Banquet Chef.
  • Bartender
    • Wynlakes is currently accepting applications for the Bartender position. This position is responsible for receiving and delivering beverage and/or food orders in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner, resulting in a high level of member/guest satisfaction. Prepares beverages for other servers to supply guests and cashiers for the lounge.  

      Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: 
      • Maintains proper and adequate setup for the bar on a daily basis;
      • Requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet;
      • Maintains, stocks, cuts, and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishments, juices, and other perishable items daily to ensure product quality;
      • Greets members/guests in a courteous and friendly manner;
      • Promotes and records drink orders;
      • Mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes, while practicing prudent portion control;
      • Inputs orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system, and creates a check for each guest;
      • Receives cash from guests, makes change as needed, verifies the validity of charges; records charges, and ensures vouchers are properly executed, in order to balance all moneys;
      • Locks up and stores all beverage, food, and other equipment items;
      • Deposits cash drops and secures the bank;
      • Completes general cleaning tasks in adherence with health standards;
      • Adheres to state, federal, and company liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests; ensures all laws are consistently followed;
      • Completes other appropriate assignments made by the Food and Beverage Manager.
      • Must have basic knowledge of food/beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages;
      • Must have basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register, make change, total checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, total all other charges, and understand portion sizes;
      • Must have basic English language writing and spoken skills necessary for completing requisitions, balance sheets, and vouchers;
      • Must have sufficient dexterity in hands in order to use a knife to make a garnish, pick up glassware and bottles, scoop ice, mix drinks, and reach overhead to retrieve stock;
      • Must be able to read, speak, and understand the English language in order to communicate with guests and receive/record orders;
      • Must be able to remember, recite, and promote a variety of menu items;
      • Must be able to operate a keyboard and Point of Sale (POS) procedures to pre-check an order and close out a check;
      • Must be able to stand, reach, bend, push, pull, grasp, lift, carry, talk, walk, repetitive motion of hands and wrists, and lift up to 25 pounds;
      • Minimum of 2 years bartending experience required.
  • Sitter Service/Childcare
    • Wynlakes is currently accepting applications for the part-time Sitter Service/Childcare position. This position is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children up to age 10 by responding to their emotional, social, and physical needs. 

      Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

      • Providing children up to 10 years in age with guidance and care;
      • Maintaining organization and vigilance with children at all times;
      • Keeping toys and play areas neat, clean, organized, and sanitized;
      • Remaining present at all times when children are in the room;
      • Conducting – and engaging in – fun and age appropriate activities for children;
      • Observing and monitoring play activities;
      • Ensuring an overall safe environment for children;
      • Communicating with club management regarding any potential safety hazards;
      • Interacting with parents/guardians to address needs, preferences, and interests of children;
      • Answering phone calls adhering to proper etiquette, tone, and demeanor at all times;
      • Staying up to date with all club communications, memos, newsletters, and website materials;
      • Providing members and guests with friendly greetings and farewells;
      • Assisting children with activities of daily life (restroom usage, diapering, hand washing, etc.)
      • Vacuum, sanitize, and take out the trash at the end of  shift and as needed;
      • Keeping record of children’s hours of attendance and charges (if applicable);
      • Enforces club sitter service  policies;
      • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Bag Room/Golf Cart Attendant
    • Wynlakes is currently accepting applications for the Bag Room/Golf Cart Attendant position. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to Wynlakes members and guests while maintaining golf carts and the bag room, driving range, and bag drop areas. 

      Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: 

      • Greets Wynlakes members/guests promptly with a warm welcome;
      • Carries the golf bags of members/guests and load bags onto golf carts;
      • Drives golf carts from cart shelter to cart staging area outside Golf Pro Shop;
      • Inspects golf carts for proper tire pressure, brake operation, and other safety concerns;
      • Loads bags from storage room onto golf carts;
      • Places baskets of golf balls at evenly spaced intervals on driving range;
      • Retrieves golf balls from the driving range by operating the tractor/golf ball picker;
      • Washes range golf balls daily;
      • Removes bags from golf cart and returns bags to assigned racks in bag storage room;
      • Returns golf carts to shelter, and connects to charging cable;
      • Removes items from golf carts, discarding trash and saving reusable items;
      • Checks carts for damage and reports any damages to Management;
      • Cleans golf clubs for members and guests;
      • Cleans and maintains Wynlakes’ rental equipment;
      • Maintains the cleanliness and order of the bag storage room;
      • Washes golf carts after each use; 
      • Performs other duties as assigned.
