    The following positions are currently available:

    Men’s Locker Room Attendant  

    Wynlakes, Montgomery’s premier Golf and Country Club is seeking a full time Men’s Locker Room Attendant.  Duties include: maintaining well-kept appearance of locker room, greeting guests, restocking supplies, providing towels and other amenities to members, and shoe shining.   Must possess friendly personality and enjoy interpersonal contact with guests and co-workers.  Must have stable work history, but prior experience is not necessary.  Attendant must be able to work Tuesday through Sunday, hours ranging from 6am to 6pm.   Please apply in person at our Business Office located at 7900 Wynlakes Blvd, Monday thru Fridays 8:30am- 4:30pm.  You can also fax your resume to 334-279-6584.

    Human Resource Generalist  

    Wynlakes Golf & Country Club is an extraordinary, premiere, private club with beautiful landscaping offering excellent benefits.  We are currently seeking a full-time Human Resource Generalist with dynamic leadership, strong business perception, and proven HR expertise.    

    Job Description:    Oversees the recruitment, selection and orientation of new staff members in coordination with other club management. Administers payroll records and worker’s compensation, while staying abreast of related laws and ensuring compliance for approximately 150 employees. Oversees HRIS programs and the necessary flow of data. Generalist is responsible for overseeing and compliance of all health, retirement, and other benefit programs. Conduct labor analyses, staff planning and other studies as requested. Oversees and provides resources in training, employee relations, disciplinary action, and consulting in all areas of Human Resource.  

    Skills:   College degree or 3-5 years human resource experience, particularly in the areas of recruiting and employee relations.  Strong communication and problem solving skills necessary, along with the ability to work collectively with all levels in the organization.  Must have knowledge in employment law. Previous management experience highly preferred.

    Swimming Pool Manager  

    This position is responsible for hiring, training, and staff development. Duties include enforcing club and safety rules to ensure a pleasurable experience for our members and guests. Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of pool facilities, including opening/closing procedures and water quality control,  to ensure cleanliness and safety. This position works directly with Human Resources regarding employee issues.   Requirements: Must have prior management experience. Prior experience coaching or leading a swim team program is a plus but not required. Must be available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Hours will include some day shift, night shift, weekends, and holidays. Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel. Proficiency in MS Access and PowerPoint is a plus. Candidate must be customer service oriented, friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented. Must be able to work in all weather conditions, bend, lift, stoop, squat, and stand for long periods of time.


    One full time & one part time position available.  Banquet cook is responsible for cooking for all banquets, special events, family night buffets, and Sunday brunch. Must be able to expedite food preparation in accordance  with the standards of quality, quantity control, taste, and presentation as established by the Executive Chef. Required to assist in closing the kitchen after functions. Required to complete all daily prep lists and cleaning lists. Must have two years’ experience cooking in a full service restaurant. Assists the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with inventory and supply needs. Must be able to pass all physical requirements to include but not limited to: standing for long periods of time, stooping, lifting 50-100 pounds, etc.

    Golf Course/Cart Attendants

    (1 opening) Duties will include daily maintenance and upkeep of golf carts, picking the range, and assisting club members. Additional duties as required. May be required to assist in golf shop retail environment as needed.  Work hours will vary between the hours of 7am-8pm. Must be able to work in outside temperatures and meet a variety of physical requirements such as lifting and standing for long periods of time. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.


    Wynlakes is currently seeking a part-time housekeeper. Must be able to work nights during the week, and both day or night hours on weekends. Part-time is classified as below 30 hours per week. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: cleaning all areas of the club (polishing, vacuuming, washing, sweeping), laundering linens and towels, stocking supplies, and emptying trash. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, stoop, squat, stand for long periods of time, and perform repetitive motions. Must have one year prior housekeeping experience, be able to work well both independently and as a team, have excellent organization/communication/time management skills, and must be able to work with minimal supervision.

    Banquet Servers

    Currently taking applications for servers to work in our Food & Beverage Department. Must have prior serving experience in a full service restaurant.  Must have outstanding communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.  Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.  Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.

    Building Maintenance Technician

    (2 openings) Responsible for all aspects of building maintenance to include general building repairs, painting, and minimal carpentry. Must be able to work independently, and as a team as required. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, perform physical requirements such as bending, stooping, and climbing, and have the ability to perform repetitive tasks. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds. General building maintenance experience required.

    Utility worker

    Part-time utility worker is responsible for washing of all dishes, taking out all trash, sweeping all floors, & mopping. Utility worker may also be responsible for stocking product, cleaning kitchen equipment, and assisting the line cooks/chefs as required. Must be able to pass all physical requirements to include but not limited to: standing for long periods of time, stooping, lifting 50-100 pounds, etc.
